50 Squat cleans 62.5/42.5kg (per pair)
75 Handstand push-ups
50 Muscle-ups
This workout begins with the female pair working their way through the 50 Squat cleans; they may share the reps as they wish. Once they have completed 50 reps they will move forward and begin the 75 Handstand push-ups. At this point, the males will begin their 50 Squat cleans.
Upon finishing the Squat cleans, the males will move forward to join the females and assist them with the Handstand push-ups.
When all 75 Handstand push-ups are complete the team will move to the rings and begin working through the Muscle-ups, when 50 reps are complete they will run to the finish line and time will be called.

WOD 1 | WOD 2 : Event 2 - Teams
For time:
Row 1500m (750m each)
63 Synchronised KB swings 24/16kg
36 Synchronised Pull-ups
Athletes will work in FF/MM pairs. The females will begin with both athletes completing a 750m Row at the same time.
Once both females have completed the row they will move forward to begin 63 synchronised Kettlebell swings, at which point the male pair will begin their row.
The males may not move on to the kettlebell swings until the females have cleared the station and moved on to the 36 synchronised Pull-ups.
Time is called when all 4 team members are across the finish line.

WOD 2 | WOD 3 : Event 3 - Teams
1 rep max Snatch
Both female athletes will be given 4 minutes to establish their heaviest 1 rep max Snatch. Athletes may load the barbell prior to the start of the 4 minute window, they may work in any order and the weight on the bar may go up or down as desired. The athlete must declare the weight on the bar before making an attempt. At the 4 minute mark a "1 minute transition period” will be taken before the males begin another 4 minute window. Score equals the total kilos lifted by the team.
WOD 3 | WOD 4 : Event 4 - Teams
For time:
150 Double unders
50 Wallballs 9/6kg, 10ft
120 Double unders
40 Wallballs 9/6kg, 10ft
90 Double unders
30 Wallballs 9/6kg, 10ft
This workout begins with one male performing 150 Double unders while the other male performs 50 Wallballs. Once they have both completed their work they will swap movements and repeat the same rep scheme.
The workout continues this way, with the males swapping back and forth through the remaining rounds (120/40, 90/30) until they have finished the workout. At this point they will tag the female pair who will complete the workout in the same fashion. Time is called when all four team members are over the finish line.

18 Rope climbs, with static deadlift hold
36 Partner deadlifts 155kg
12 Rope climbs, with static deadlift hold

At the beep, one athlete may begin the rope climbs. In order for the rope climb reps to count, coed partners (one male and one female) must be holding the deadlift bar in a static position at the waist for the entire rope climb (ascent and descent). Team members may rotate through the rope climbs and static hold in any fashion until the rope climbs are complete, as long as there are always coed partners on the bar (each athlete must complete at least one rope climb per round). Athletes may rotate through the partner deadlifts in any combination, as long as there are always coed partners on the bar.

This workout will be performed indian file, with athletes working in any order they choose. An athlete may not progress to the next station until the athlete in front of them has move forward and cleared that station. Time will be called when all team members are across the finish line.
