WOD 4 : THE BREAK-UP & THE MAKE-UP
[A] 1 Loop Run

Description:
-all teams in each division will go in one heat
-for the first loop run, each athlete will run in opposite directions.
-once both athletes return to the start line, they will grab a rope and run another loop together, in
whichever direction they choose
-NOTE: only teams who complete [A] under the time cap, will continue to perform [B]
