WOD 1 : Double Date
Athletes will have 7 minutes total to establish the heaviest complex possible.
Athlete A: 1 Squat Clean + 2 Front Squats
Athlete B: 1 Squat Snatch + 2 Overhead Squats
Score = Both partners heaviest complexes combined.
Athletes will have as many attempts as needed during the 7 minutes. Only one athlete may lift at a time to ensure proper judging. Each athlete will have their own barbell & weights. Only unbroken complexes will be counted.
WOD 2 : Assault Triple 3
For Time:
1,500/1,250m x Calorie Row
100/70 x Calorie Assault Bike
4 x 400m Relay Run (one partner runs at a time / 2 x 400m each)
Reps will be broken up as needed
Score = Total time for both partners to pass finish line
