WOD 1 - "Girls, Girls, Girls"
For Time Under a 15 minute cap.

Score is total Time plus 1 sec for each rep that was not completed before the time cap. Teams can perform Parts in any order they choose, however, once a part is started, it must be fully completed before moving on.
*30 reps. 15 Reps of Snatch (Rx Partner) and 15 Reps of Clean and Jerk (scaled Partner). Broken Up Any Way. Rx Male 135#, Rx Female 95#, Scaled Male 95#, Scaled Female 65#
** Rx Partner Starts and Does 4 rounds of "Cindy" (5 Pull Ups, 10 Push Ups, 15 Air Squats) followed by 4 Rounds By Scaled Rx = C2B, Army Standard Hand Release Push Up, Goblet Squat (16kg/12kg KB) Scaled = Jumping Pull Up with 2 second pause with chin over the bar, Scaled Push Up, Air Squat

WOD 2 : Bike N Burn

“Bike N Burn”
EMOM x 12
Min 1 - Rx - 3 Thrusters, Scaled - Cal Echo Bike
Min 2 - Scaled - 3 Deadlifts, Rx - Cal Echo Bike
Min 3 - Alternating 25ft out and back sandbag belly carry’s.
At 321 go - min 1 begins. Rx partner will start on the barbell while the Scaled partner starts accumulating calories on the echo bike. The partner on the barbell has the whole minute to complete a set of 3 touch and go reps. Only one attempt may be made in that min. A failure equals no score for that round. Athlete chooses the load they work with each round. 1 barbell per team - mixed gender teams choose wisely.
At minute 2, the person on the bike goes to the barbell and the person on the barbell goes to the bike. Same rules as above.
At minute 3, both partners will meet at their sandbags. 1 partner goes at a time and must cross the line and come back over the start line for credit. After the working partner crosses the line, the other partner can begin.
Male Rx/Scaled Sandbag Loads - 100/80
Female Rx/Scaled Sandbag Loads - 80/50
Score is total load lifted per partner accumulated across each round plus 1 pound for each echo bike cal and 3 pounds for each sandbag carry completed. Women's only loads lifted and bike cal will be multiplied by 1.4 for to account for gender.

WOD 3 : Chips Ahoy

WOD 3 - "Chips Ahoy" (subject to change after another testing round)
For time under an 18 min cap
Rx - 100 Double Unders, Scaled 200 single unders
12 synchro burpee box overs
Rx - 30 GHD Sit-ups, scaled 30 Abmat sit-ups
12 synchro Single Arm Alternating DB Devils Press
100 American KB swings (broken up any way)
12 synchro burpee box overs
Rx - 5 rope climbs, Scaled - 10 lying to standing rope climbs (broken up in any order)
12 synchro Single Arm Alternating DB Devils Press
Rx m/f - 24"/20" box, 50#/35# DB, 32kg(70#)/24kg(53#) kettlebell, 15 ft rope climbs.
Scaled m/f - 20"/16" box, 35#/25# DB, 24kg(53#)/16kg(35#) kettlebell
At 321 go one partner starts on the jump rope. After they complete all of their reps, their partner will complete theirs. When all jump rope work is complete, both partners will move on to their boxes and complete their synchronized burpee box overs. Rx will jump over, scaled will step over. Once these are completed, Each partner will complete their 30 sit-ups one at a time working until completion. Once these are complete, both members will approach their dumbbell and complete their synchronized alternating single arm devils press. Partners must meet each other on the floor and with the DB overhead for reps to count. Once these are completed the team will complete 100 American Kettlebell Swings. These can be split up and broken in any order the team desires. Once these are completed, the team will complete another round of synchronized burpee box overs. Then the team will complete their rope climbs. These can also be broken into any desired order. Finally the team will complete a second set of synchronized alternating single arm devils press.
Score is total time plus 1 second for each incomplete rep at the time cap.

Movement Standards;
Burpee Box Overs - Partners must be at the bottom of the burpee and at the top of the box at the same time. GHD - Men must touch hands to the floor on the bottom, women to a slam ball, touch the rollers on top. Abmat - feet butterflied tap floor behind head on bottom and toes on top. Devils Press - Partners must meet at the bottom of the burpee and at the top of the DB lockout. DB must be at your side on the floor and you cannot do the burpee portion on top of the DB. DROPPING THE DB FROM OVERHEAD = A ZERO FOR THE WORKOUT. AKB Swing - Full lockout overhead. Rope Climb - Rx - 15ft -touch top of bar before coming down. Controlled descent. S - Start lying on the floor - feet must stay in a tape box on the floor through the whole ROM. Come to a full standing position w/ No assistance from legs.. Hand over hand controlled descent back to lying.

WOD 4 : Axle Bear

FLOATER WOD!!!
“Axle Bear”
Each partner will complete a 90 sec AMRAP of rounds of the “Bear Complex” using an axle bar. (3 min total)
1 complex consists of;
1 Power Clean
1 Front Squat
1 Push Press
1 Back Squat
1 Push Press
Rx - 120#/90#
S - 90#/70#
(The bar is a Rogue stubby axle and weighs 20#)
Score is total completed reps of the complex combined.

Either partner can Start. Must switch at the 90 second mark. Credit is only given for full rounds. Each movement MUST be distinct and performed to full ROM to receive credit. ATHLETES CANNOT PERFORM THIS AS SQUAT CLEAN THRUSTER + BACK RACK THRUSTER. If there is a failure at any point in the complex, the entire complex must be repeated from the beginning.
