3 deadlift 2 hang clean 1 front squat 1 shoulder to overhead
If bar is dropped through any portion of the complex, it will be a no rep

WOD 2 : Row and Throw

One athlete will be rowing for calories and one athlete will be performing wall balls. Athletes can switch at any time within the 8 minute window. Total combined score of calories and wall balls
